Keys to the Game (Winnipeg@Calgary)
Ladies and Gents,
While we all may feel that this may be a good game to win handily, we all know that this is the CFL and anything can happen.
So what will be the keys to victory for both sides?

On defense:
Send LBs and DBs.
Contain Jyles.
On offense:
Don't force it to Bryant or Rambo.
Get Reynolds & Cornish involved early.
Take the free yards if their corners are playing off.
Use the zone-read.

On Offence:
Try to be a little less predictable
Make plays (i.e. catch the ball before you run, protect it when you're about to get hit)
On defence:
Pressure from the front four
Continue with the excellent blitz packaging
On special teams:
Let's see Deon break a couple!

Confuse Jyles..Browner and Anderson are going to feast on Jyles.
Offense really revolves around Reynolds as he goes so do the stamps..a mediocre henry can win when Reynolds is rumbling!!

Hoggie's Coach!

Take away the run, and pressure Jyles.
Take advantage of their weak defensive line by running the ball.

Keys to the game for Calgary : Show up.
This game will be a blowout. As much as I hope Winnipeg wins, I'd be shocked if Calgary doesn't beat them by at least 2 TD's.

Pretty valid observations especially about the Calgary corners! Post more often - you know the game!

WOW - If I posted that kind of prediction I'd have Leapin' Al (iso55) all over me like white on rice - - - - and a flock of ourbummer trolls flying thru the wire!!!
* In reality if Bombers d-line is missing some meatloaf and guys like Mo Hopkins, Brown, etc. are ailing that will be the key to the treasure chest.
Calgary's average to slightly above average 0line will punish the crap out
of Wpg's devastated and under-manned d-line.
Only way that changes is if Willis returns and he, P Hunt and Bubba Brownie have near career games and put the stink on Henry.....also helps if Motown Hopkins is the real deal!!!

Catch the ball. Don't throw the ball to the other team.
If we had done these 2 things we'd be 4-0 in 4 blowouts.
Our D just gets things done. Continue that. Pressure pressure pressure on Jyles, make him screw up.

On defense:
- Contain Jyles in the pocket. Make him beat you with his arm.
- Tackle. It seems to me that most of the big plays that I have seen the Bombers make have come as a result of poor tackling, especially at the initial contact.
On offense:
- Avoid turnovers, especially interceptions.
- Give Burris time to throw.
- Catch the ball!!!

Terrence Jeffers "Kangaroo" Harris is one tough hombre to bring down. He's got speed, huge leg drive, one of the best straight arms I've seen since Lovell Coleman or Dick Shatto. He doesn't go down on first contact like for instance Brock Ralph.

I've been impressed by our tackling for most of the season. My only complaint was the @Toronto game, which was on short rest against a powerful RB.
We need our halfbacks to show up again. Collins was excellent last game.

Keys for Stamps:
Have good ole Henry show up (usually does against the Blue, at home)....
Play up on Peg receivers - make Jyles hold ball longer/make more decisions...
Get Renyolds into the game early (sometimes Stamps do not do this).....
Have DE's, OLB's keep contain lanes...Jyles is a fairly dynamic runner.......
Good tackling on D - Bomber receivers have had plenty of YAC.....
Keys for Bombers:
Fast start - in their 2 losses....Bombers in complete funk for first 20-25 min..
Mental toughness - going into classic Bomber graveyard, banged up.....
Have bad ole Hank show up - Burris is classic frontrunner, if effective early..
Get Reid more involved in O (or more than 7-9 touches) to slow rush....
Use quick passing game/Jyles running to keep Stamp O, off field....

Other than the Big White Shaq, Doug Brown, Jovon Johnson and perhaps Samoa Joe Lobendahn all you stamps fans probably won't recognize much of the bomber D on Saturday night....
Lots of spares, call-ups, replacements, newbies on the field for Plop's charges.

Too true. Hang onto the ball and don't give it away! And remember Dinwiddie!

Tentatively, Stamps' roster changes are: Rambo, Arthur and Cheatham are in, Sam, Carlson and Forzani are out. #CFL #calstampeders
