I don't even know his user name. Sad, I know. Maybe he will own up to it if he reads this thread!
I look forward to posting on here. My sister is a Rider fan, posts on their website, and I have it on good authority she lurks on this site. I need somewhere to post my opinion for all to see!

Its nice to see these Rider fans posting on our site. Its an open invitation to log onto their site to bash their team, right?

Here's the first of what I hope is many posts. You need a female on here who knows her football.

Age: 25

Occupation/Education: Personal Banker on maternity leave.

Stamps Fan Since: Since I knew football existed. I'm the black sheep from a family with Rider Pride. I had to move to Calgary to fit in...

How'd you get your nickname? Its not a nickname, its a fact.

How'd you find gostampsgo.com? My husband posts here. (I know just as much as he does...)

Favorite Stampeders, all time? Doug Flutie, Joe Fleming and Allen Pitts.

Favorite Current Stampeders? Henry Burris (out of spite, really)

What other sports do you follow? Avid NFL Fan, specifically the New Orleans Saints. Also NHL and NLL.

Season Ticket Holder Since I'm not. That doesn't mean I don't go to games, though.
A leave of absence, due to a "maternity situation," a temporary cessation of work --- could be construed as a "pregnant pause?"

Are you stating that all the posts in "Unnecessary Roughness" weren't done "all in good fun?" (Rider expression as they "slam" the Stampeders.) My Rider "dictionary" and Rider captions weren't "fun?" (You should have seen the pix that I almost posted yesterday but thought that it might "bring out the animal," so to speak, in the Rider fans!!

You mean, I should have just emailed you the link yesterday? (Some of the other pix were unfortunately, a little "suspect" for young viewers!)

Bear in mind, the images were transmogrified!

Younger viewers? Everyone here is old enough to see some dirty pictures. Well... There is that one Rider fan that is like 13 years old, but it's not like he doesn't see his parents naked when they shave each other's backs in the living room!

I think stamps_fan (with the Green Bay avatar) is a youngin' too?

Plus who knows what kind of crazy PC people that browse this forum are, and if they'd get offended or not - I might say Seeker's discretion is probably best.

Age: 20

Occupation/Education: 3rd year science student at U of Alberta, specializing in immunology. During the summer, I work at Labatt Alberta brewery as a quality control technician. I perform lab analysis of beer and get to taste test it occasionally.

Stamps Fan Since: Never. Esks fan since '84. My devotion has been thoroughly tested. I lived in Prince Albert, SK for 4 years, Canmore for 4 years, and Strathmore for 4 years. I spent 12 years in enemy territory and never gave in. I am ALSO the black sheep of a family with Rider Pride! :o

How'd you get your nickname? I assigned it to myself just now...I didn't "get" it...I think that's also the name I use on TSN.ca...for more of my message board guff, you can find me as "The Dude" on esksfans, and "Canadian Falcons Fan" on Atlantafalcons.com.

How'd you find gostampsgo.com? Why, esksfans.com, of course

Favorite Stampeders, all time? I don't know. I will say this though...I hate whatever team Jeff Garcia happens to be on! (I'm pretty glad that I get to stop hating the 49ers and the Browns now...)

Favorite Current Stampeders? Grace. I like strong defensive players.

What other sports do you follow? NHL (Oilers), NFL (Atlanta Falcons), AJHL (Ft. McMurray Oil Barons), AHL (RoadRunners), CIS (Golden Bears, football and hockey only, and the Pandas hockey team to a small extent), and MLB (Washington Nationals) as much as the bitter Canadian media will let me. I loathe basketball and lacrosse.

Other Interests? Earned my pilot's license at the age of 17. I also played high school football, and now I play rec hockey.

How would people describe you in person? Opinionated

Season Ticket Holder Since: I don't own season tickets...it's actually cheaper for me just to buy single game tickets...figure that one out!

The program which created the images, appeared quite good and the pix were impressive. The problem arose when scrolling further down the page, I noted that some other images were somewhat "objectionable." (I would have had to post the link to the page, as it was not possible to post the "suitable" images, as that function was disabled.) I generally try to post things that are interesting or humorous or informative. Some things however, I will not post, if I feel that it will be "offensive" or in poor taste. There is enough on the net without wanton disregard for others' sensibilities! B)
